Uhh… this was made by Robert Wechsler, not Chris O’Brien, and it was back in 2004. (This was at the Costco parking lot in Goleta, BTW). Wechsler studied Studio Art and Sculpture at UCSB; I believe this piece was created for a final project shortly before he graduated. (I don’t follow Robert Wechsler’s projects, I only happen to know this because I go to UCSB!)
