Here’s the latest from Washington, DC artist Mark Jenkins (who’s a favorite here at Urban Prankster). Jenkins’s specialty is creating human sculptures out of packing tape and leaving them in unusual places. This piece was installed in London.

Ha ha! Guaranteed that at least 50 percent of the people who walk by will be freaked out for at least a second…
Man.. on halloween that’d just take on a whole new level of freaky. But really you can’t help but stare as you pass by. That was really well done.
